YOGA CLASS
Enjoy Morning Free Yoga session by a Balinese Yoga Instructor in a spacious yoga room overlooking to lush rice field and palm trees. Throughout the ancient art of classical yoga, you will learn technique to still your mind, strengthen your body and expand your consciousness using posture, breath work, meditation and relaxation.
COOKING CLASS
The cooking venue is in our Resort area and you will start by shopping in Ubud traditional market at 08:00am for approximately one hour, where you will find Balinese spices & vegetables displayed and sold in traditional way. Balinese cooking experience takes place at The Kumbuh Restaurant and start at11.00 AM for the Lunch or start at 17.00 for the dinner.

For approximately one and half hours, our chef will share his secret dish recipes, and this is followed by your memorable luncheon or dinner at Our open lounge deck. Take home our secret recipe as our gift and impress your family & friends with your Balinese cooking skills.
BALINESE DANCE LESSON
Balinese Dances could not be separated with Balinese life. It most of the time becomes an important part in Balinese ceremonies while sometimes it is as well performed to entertain visitors from all over the worl. We invite our guest to join our team member in learning some simple movement of Balinese dances here in The Sankara Resort & Spa. Some children from the loal village often come to join the guest for this lesson, make it even funnier to experience.
MAKING BALINESE CANANG
Canang is one of the daily offerings made by Balinese Hindus to that the Sang Hyang Widhi Wasa in praise and prayers. Canang will be seen in the Balinese temples (Pura), on small shrines in houses, and on the ground or as a part of a larger offering.
BALINESE DRESS
The Balinese wear their finest traditional clother for the temple. They consist of lengths of cloth draped, wrapped or tied around the body. On ritual occasion only flat woven pieces of fabrica are worm. Never sarongs, which are stricly tube skirts that have been sewn together. sarong are only used for casual wear. westerners often use the world "Sarong" incorrectly. try these dresses on and take photo for your Bali holiday moment.
